Nipple Cream

Sometimes when breastfeeding, our nipples can become a bit dry, cracked, and painful. Haakaa’s Nipple Cream can be the ideal way to soothe any minor damage you may have to your nipples, and best of all, it’s made from completely natural 100% ultra-pure lanolin. Refined to meet the stringent standards of the US Pharmacopoeia to reduce allergenic properties, this lanolin is made right here in New Zealand. To use, let your nipples air dry after feeding. Take a small amount (about the size of a pea) and, if necessary, soften it between your (clean!) fingers, then gently rub it onto your nipples and areolas. You can use it as often as you need to, and you don’t have to worry about washing your breasts before breastfeeding. You can even use it while pregnant to get your skin soft and supple in preparation for breastfeeding! Use the same amount twice a day before bubs arrives to prevent dryness. Just make sure to be gentle with your nipples, as over stimulating them may have the risk of causing early contractions.

Family Active Stack

The Family Active Stack is an absolute must-have in any busy household. This handy little set lets you store, transport or prepare food in a clean, hygienic and convenient way. Consisting of four silicone storage containers—two 125ml, one 250ml, and one 500ml—plus a perfectly sized PP box and lid to help keep them organised – you can keep your food or knick-knacks in the fridge,  cupboard, or when transporting things out and about! Next up is the Easy-Freeze Tray. As you may expect from the name, this nifty little tray is ideal for freezing all those little portions of baby food you’ve made, but it’s so much more than that. Made, as ever, from 100% food-grade silicone, this tray can be used to freeze, store, bake, and steam – it can do it all! Like the Family Active Stack, this tray features a label slot and comes with recording cards to quickly identify the contents and ensure you’re using the right ones first. What makes this tray so special, though, is the fact that each compartment is completely separate from the ones next to it. You can bend or twist the tray and press on the base to pop out each individual portion with no effort at all, and each of those compartments has measurement marks to help you keep track of portion sizes, helping to reduce waste.
