Many mums, especially in those first weeks after bubs arrives, find their milk supply is all over the place – and this can lead to the dreaded leaks. More than one person has found themselves looking down to see a damp patch on their shirt, where some of that milk your body has worked so hard to make has had nowhere to go other than out.
